Delta 4-Heavy Launch Delayed by Ground
System Issue (Source: SpaceFlight Now)
United Launch Alliance’s next launch attempt for its Delta 4-Heavy
rocket from Cape Canaveral with a top secret U.S. government spy
satellite will be delayed to no earlier than early Monday. ULA
previously delayed the mission from early Saturday to early Sunday to
address a problem with the launch pad’s swing arm retraction system. An
updated weather forecast and launch hazard area information released
Saturday by the U.S. Space Force’s 45th Space Wing indicated the launch
was pushed back again to early Monday. The launch time Monday is set
for just after midnight. (9/24)

Grumman Antares rocket is set to lift off carrying a Cygnus cargo
freighter to the International Space Station from the Wallops Island
launch facility in Virginia at 7:27 p.m. PT (10:27 p.m. ET).
